Maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior common areas of the various heritage buildings of the Jura OPH as well as the treatment of household waste. The contract includes an obligation of results with the implementation of minimum means and 2 types of services: permanent cleaning services of indoor and outdoor common areas, collection of household waste containers and one-off services carried out on order forms from cleaning of common areas, vacant accommodation.

No minimum or maximum is set for services performed on order forms.

As an indication and without commitment on the part of the contracting authority, its needs for services performed on order forms are 100,000 EUR for 2019, representing 350 order forms.

Maintenance and cleaning of the common areas of 37 sites dependent on the Tavaux agency.
