Leadership Development Training services for staff.

NCHC intend to enter into a Framework agreement with 1 Bidder for the provision of the Services.

The subject of this procurement are services detailed under Schedule 3 of the regulations, therefore NCHC are applying a process in line with the Light Touch Regime (Regulations 74 to 76). The procurement process will follow the steps laid down in the Restricted Accelerated procedure, Regulation 28 (10).

It is expected that the services will be valued under the current Light Touch Regime threshold (currently 589 148 GBP). This process is being followed to provide transparency, equality of treatment, and fairness to all prospective bidders.
