The purpose of the acquisition is to find reliable partners who master the cross-cutting issues of Producer Management Services. However, the supplier must achieve concrete results, taking into account the requirements of social and health services and the scope of legislation. It is the supplier's responsibility to go through service packages, development issues, and work with the client's substance experts to identify specific cost-saving potential. This requires the supplier to understand, both independently and on the basis of information provided by the customer's substance expert, what framework legislation sets for innovation in the development and enhancement of social services. In addition, the supplier must be familiar with the industry's practical work environment, ie industry information systems, the sote market and the specific features of sote services.

The supplier's task is to create an operational contract management process for the customer from the perspective of producer control. This means that the mechanical actions taken by the subscriber during the contract periods must be made easier from the point of view of both the individual contract and the overall management of the entire industry. The customer needs clear instructions on how to make rational and cost-effective handling of producer negotiations, contract price adjustments, coordination of complaints and other exceptional situations, and related tasks.
