The University Hospital of South Manchester NHS Foundation Trust is looking for successful suppliers to provide a fully managed service for waste management to include but not be limited to the following: removal of domestic, general and hazardous healthcare and (non-healthcare) waste, including clinical waste.

The collection, removal, recycling and disposal of all waste materials including the disposal of all confidential materials, the disposal of special or hazardous wastes including clinical waste the contractor shall also be responsible for recycling of waste streams where applicable.

The indicative contract period shall be for a period of four (4) years with an option for a plus 1 year extension period.
