This is a framework agreement allocated to purchase orders awarded to 2 economic operators for lots 1 and 2, and 1 economic operator for lot 3, with no minimum and with a maximum set at €505,000 excluding tax per year. Angers Loire Métropole is the coordinator. The terms and conditions for price revisions are specified in the CCAP. The services will be financed by self-financing by the members of the grouping, supplemented, if necessary, by external resources (loans, grants, European funds not yet known, etc.) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Benefits are paid by bank transfer within 30 days. 10% advance under the conditions set out in the CCAP
