The object of this contract is to conclude a framework agreement with several economic operators according to an open procedure as regulated by article 22 LMP.

The purpose of the framework agreement is to provide assistance services to municipalities in the development of a housing strategy and in its implementation within the framework of the housing pact between the Luxembourg state and the municipalities, in accordance with the future law relating to the housing pact, currently Bill number 7648.
