The assignment concerns the hiring of temporary workers, on the basis of deployment. These concern temporary workers that are used by the Client for work related to the collection of waste. The tenderer must take care of sufficient temporary workers to be able to meet the Client's demand.

The expected number of hours to be deployed to flex workers is approximately 25,000 hours on an annual basis with a distribution of approximately 67% of the number of hours of commitment to the position of supervisor environment and approximately 33% of the number of hours of commitment to the position of the chargers' collection vehicle.

The award criterion is the Most Economical Tender (EMVI) based on the Best Price Quality Ratio (BPKV) as described in the Tender Guide.
