The contract consists of maintaining (preventive), troubleshooting (curative) and repairing (corrective) 83 collective boiler rooms for the SISP Comensia in the Brussels Region.
This is the technical equipment from the boiler room to the apartment area valve if there is any. Lifting pumps and hydrophore units, softeners and gas detection are included in this market. Solar thermal panels are part of the contract.
The supply of salt is not part of the market. Radiators and other equipment in dwellings (except the zone valve) are not included in this market. Ventilation, photovoltaic solar panels and cogeneration are not part of this market.
Maintenance is based on an annual fixed price. 24-hour repairs, water analyses and maintenance of solar thermal panels are payable at the service. Repairs are made on the basis of estimates. A CMMS platform must make it possible to make all the requested reports available quickly.
