The purpose of this contract is:

- maintenance and operation of “type P2 + P3” with major maintenance;

- renewal of the heating, domestic hot water, ventilation and air conditioning installations belonging to the control group (town of Marly-le-Roi);

- maintenance of electrical cabinets (only in boiler rooms and technical rooms).

- maintenance of electrical cabinets (only in boiler rooms and technical rooms).

The contract signed between the contracting authority and the holder provides for the simultaneous realization of:

- providing users with continuity of service and comfort, upkeep and keeping in perfect working order and upkeep of the equipment for which it is responsible;

- advice to the contracting authority for the monitoring of the installations and the development of work programs intended to improve energy performance;

- site security.
