The contract concerns the execution of the ordinary maintenance service of public green and road trees in the territory of the Municipality of Cesena. The specific object of this contract is the maintenance of public green of various types, tree-lined avenues, public gardens, urban and natural parks, furniture for parks, green furniture, cleaning services hygienic, Masini fountain cleaning, referred to in the project works. Urgent interventions to safeguard public safety are included in the contract

The maintenance service must meet very complex and varied needs:

mowing green areas of the neighborhood, parks, greenery in road roundabouts and school areas, unequipped heritage areas that are often unusable by the public;

pruning hedges;

monitoring, felling and pruning of tree essences located both in green areas and in the avenues;

phytosanitary treatments;

monitoring and maintenance of playful equipment;

furniture maintenance (benches, baskets, fences, etc...);

cleaning the gardens;

maintenance and management of irrigation systems;

planting of forest plants, tree species, shrubs, annual flowering and various other ancillary and complementary services.
