Considerations and suggestions for the optimization of plant engineering and operations

- Accompanying documentation, coordination and evaluation of monitoring and presentation in semi-annual reports,

- audits,

- Optimization recommendations; Adjustments to the driving style of the technical systems on the basis of the updated technical evaluation,

- professional and contractual monitoring of companies,

- continuous data preparation and provision u. A. in presentations and regular project consultations (per measure); Coordination with the project group,

- Preservation of evidence and documentation in case of incidents, insurance-related events etc.,

- update of the cross-measure monitoring concept / additional work for the optimization of the measuring network and the overall monitoring,

- VU development and monitoring of procurement procedures for measure-related monitoring incl. Analytics as well as drainage and pipe cleaning,

- Expert evaluations and derivation or updating of rehabilitation strategies and goals.
