The municipalities in Fosen; Indre Fosen, Osen, new Ørland and new Åfjord, want to continue the current Fosen Cooperation on Company Health Services (CHS) in accordance with the regulations to the Working Environment Act on company health services, PPR 2009-09.10.

The purpose of establishing a framework agreement for a common company health services is to give the municipalities a uniform company health service and IA services to the employees in the municipalities and that at the same time satisfies the requirements in the Working Environment Act and regulations for the organisation and development of HSE. The company health service mus actively participate in preventive protection and working environment tasks in the municipalities.

The contract has an estimated scope of 2 430 employees cf. the overview below. This is to be regarded as historical data and is therefore only a guide for future volumes.
