The service will be provided according to the actual needs of the Ordering Party. The Price Forms provide an estimate of the amount of waste expected to be generated. The Contractor and the Subcontractor undertake to employ, on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code, persons performing activities consisting in the collection, loading and transport of waste – if they are performed by a person other than the owner of the company. The Contracting Authority envisages a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services in the amount of up to 50% of the contract value pursuant to Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law.
