The subject of this order is the delivery and provision of electricity distribution services for facilities with a total of 484 energy consumption points settled in 10 tariff groups. The annual electricity consumption in 2018 amounted to 16777.967 MWh.

1. The subject of this contract is the delivery and provision of electricity distribution services for facilities with a total of 484 energy consumption points settled in 10 tariff groups. The annual electricity consumption in 2018 amounted to 16 777, 967 MWh.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Part IV of the ToR:

1) Annex No. 1 - list and characteristics of electricity consumption points (in the Commune's premises - Tomaszów Mazowiecki, in the facilities of organizational units being in the organizational structure of the Commune - Tomaszów Mazowiecki City and municipal companies)

2) Annex 2 - estimated electricity consumption in individual tariff groups determined on the basis of the electricity consumed in the period from 1.1.2018 to 31/12/2018.

3) Annex 3 - estimated electricity consumption in individual tariff groups in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2022.

3. The estimated electricity consumption in the period from 1.1.2020 to 31.12.2022 will be:
