The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate remaining in the system of collecting municipal waste for 30 months organized by the Municipality of Murowana Goślina.

1. The subject of this order is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste originating from the territory of the Municipality of Murowana Goślina, within 30 months with the implementation of services and additional duties.

2. The scope of the order in question (hereinafter:,, Service” or, Services”) includes:

1) receipt of municipal waste from owners of property located in the Gmina Murowana Goślina (Wielkopolskie Voivodeship, Poznań County), who remain in the municipal waste collection system, cyclically at the source (from the place of waste collection, hereinafter:,, MGO”), divided on the following fractions:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (hereinafter also referred to as:,, mixed waste”),

(b) paper,

(c) metals, plastics, multi-product packaging waste,

(d) glass,

(e) biowaste constituting municipal waste (hereinafter referred to as:,, biowaste ').

2) receiving waste in the form of expired drugs from pharmacy points,

3) Receiving from the owners of property located in the Municipality of Murowana Goślina, in the system of mobile recurring collections (Mobile Municipal Waste Collections), the following fractions of municipal waste:

(a) furniture and other large-sized waste,

b) worn tyres,

(c) consumed electrical and electronic equipment.

4) transport of the collected municipal waste referred to in points 1 to 3 (hereinafter referred to as:,, municipal waste ') to the place of collection (use) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated in the offer, excluding the collection (use) of unsegregated (mixed) waste municipal, which the Contractor will transfer to the Installation of the Thermal Processing of Municipal Waste in Poznań (hereinafter referred to as:,, ITPOK”),

5) transfer for the purpose of the management of municipal waste at the site/places of collection (management) of waste provided by the Contractor and indicated/indicated in the offer, with the exception of the place of collection (development) of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste which it will be transferred by the Contractor to ITPOK,

6) ensuring throughout the period of implementation of services for the collection and transport of municipal waste, places/places of collection (use) of all fractions of municipal waste, except unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

7) provide property owners with bags intended for selective collection and collection of waste:

(a) paper,

(b) glass,

(c) metals, plastics and multi-plant packaging waste,

- insofar as the waste depositing system provides for the collection of waste in bags.

8) Providing benefits related to the supply of RFID tags (transponders), in particular (precise scope of provision is determined by OPZ and other tender documents):

(a) supply of transponders,

(b) their installation on waste collection containers,

(c) the installation, commissioning, implementation and provision of access to the system of identification of containers intended for the collection of municipal waste using radio identification technology (RFID),

9) the implementation of services and obligations related to points 1 to (8) above.

3. The execution of the order must occur in a way that ensures:

1) the achievement by the Municipality of Murowana Goślina required for it the levels of preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste,

2) restriction in the area covered by the procurement mass of municipal waste, biodegradable and transferred to storage,

3) compliance with the laws, including acts of local law.
