The aim of the tender is to equip the hardware of the control system of the Innovation-SPIN building with the software.

A web app for the operation of a control system in an open source content management system CMS is to be developed. It must be ensured that other used and newly created software (e.B extensions/plugins) are open source according to a license to be determined by the client. Preferred implementation technologies are HTML5, CSS3, PHP 8.0, JavaScript. Note the error-free display on the various end devices (steles, info monitors, room signs, tablets, mobile phones, monitors, others).

The offer period pursuant to § 15 (3) VGV was shortened to 20 days, since the scheduling had to be adapted to the subsequent activities of commissioning and an award that had already been carried out with a complete offer period of 30 days was unsuccessful.

There are the following milestones in scheduling that must be taken into account:

12.09.2022 - Access to the presentation system

07.10.2022 - Completion of the software

17.10.2022 - Completion of the adjustments from the test operation

24.10.2022 - Commissioning
