The University has awarded a ranked framework agreement, to appoint a panel of firms to provide Mechanical and Electrical Engineering building services on a number of projects varying in size and complexity. The first-ranked firm in the eventual agreement will have first option on each project, followed by the second-ranked, then by the third.
