The subject of the contract is the successive deliveries by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of equipment for the Electrotherapy Laboratory in the assortments and in quantities specified in the price form constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference on the terms set out in Appendix No. 4 to the Terms of Reference.

The Contracting Authority shall inform that in this procedure carried out by unlimited tender, it provides for the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Act, p.z.p., the Contracting Authority shall first test the examination of the procedure referred to in Article 139 (1) of the Law p.z.p.

and evaluate tenders, and will then make the qualification of the Subject Contractor whose offer has been highest assessed in the absence of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions of participation

in proceedings.

3. For the duration of the contract, the Contractor shall provide a free deposit of goods at the Contracting Authority's headquarters,

referred to in paragraph 1, hereinafter referred to as the "consignment". On the terms and conditions set out in Appendix 4 to the Terms of Reference, the Contractor undertakes to deliver the goods to the Ordering Party in the form of a supplement to the consignment referred to above and to transfer ownership of the goods to the Ordering Party at the time of their collection by the Ordering Party from the consignment shop, and the Ordering Party undertakes to collect the goods

and pay the agreed price (remuneration) for the goods collected from the consignment shop.

4. The Contracting Authority has specified in Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference quality requirements relating at least to the main elements constituting the subject matter of the contract.
