The subject of the order is services involving the removal of illegal dumps from the areas of Kołobrzeg city.

The subject of the order is services involving the removal of illegal dumps from the areas of Kołobrzeg city. The term “wild dump” means the collection of a large amount of waste (municipal and large-sized >1 m3) in a small space, in places (on plots) for this unintended and in the governance of the municipality of Kołobrzeg. Separate orders will be issued for each detected location of such a dump. The scope of the work will consist of collecting waste and transporting it to an authorised entity for development. It was estimated that the total amount of waste disposed during the year would be approximately 175 Mg. Three waste groups have been adopted for clearing purposes:

(a) mixed municipal waste — approx. 160 Mg;

(b) hazardous waste (excluding asbestos) — approx. 5 Mg;

(c) waste containing asbestos — approx. 10 Mg.
