Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ) [the Directorate for Administration and Financial Management] c/o Statens innkjøpssenter intends to establish a separate joint government contract for the reuse and recycling of ICT equipment.

The procurement will facilitate a high degree of reuse and thereby reduce the need for new production of ICT equipment and reduce the amount of waste that is generated. The contract also sees to a joint social responsibility by including persons with a reduced functional ability and/or disadvantaged persons. ICT equipment for reuse will be resold. Some of the sales price will fall to the entities.
