This contract covers public transport of pupils, youth, adults and seniors. It does not concern the regular transport of apprentice butchers from the CFA, under another market.

This contract covers public transport of pupils, youth, adults and seniors. It does not concern the regular transport of apprentice butchers from the CFA, under another market. Benefits are as follows:

— mainly discoveries for elementary and kindergarten schools;

— incidentally outings for the Junior Municipal Council, outings in the extracurricular setting, outings of sports clubs and as part of sports activities, occasional outings for CFA apprentices;

— ANCV outings and stays for CCAS seniors;

— any other occasional outings organized by the municipal services and the CCAS services.

This Framework Agreement is passed through a group of orders. It is therefore concluded for the benefit of each of the members of the group, namely the City of Salon-de-Provence, and the CCAS of the City of Salon-de-Provence. In accordance with the Convention, each member of the grouping shall financially execute the contract, for the part concerning him. However, and within the framework of the pooling and collaborative work between the two entities, the holder will have a single technical contact for the execution of this contract, namely the Youth Education Department.
