The service must contain a production tool, so that the client can create suitable learning activities, web courses and web-based tests, and make them available through the service. The production tool will be an integrated part of the Service. The service must off the possibility of follow-up and certification of employees. The tenderer must also be able to offer consultancy services for the development and production of individual courses adapted to the client.
