Planning services for the outdoor facilities of the Quierschied Community School, service phases 1 to 9 of the service profile object planning open spaces in accordance with § 39 HOAI in conjunction with Annex 11.1 to the HOAI together with special services.
In the regional assembly of 29.06.2017, the conversion of the community school into a bound
All-day school decided. Since the 2019/20 school year, the all-day school in Quierschied has been under construction. By 2023, the school will have achieved its goal and about 425 children will be taught in the all-day school.
The Saarbrücken Regional Association (client) intends to provide work phases 1 to 9 for outdoor facility planning as well as the following special services:
• Inquiry of supra-local and regional association-owned lines (supply and disposal) and familiarization with the planning,
• Preparation of a flood proof for the areas to be planned
To be forgiven.
The planning for the reconstruction of the school building is in the design phase. The design envisages an extensive conversion of the existing buildings. In addition, additional new building elements will be added to the existing parts of the building. The planning services to be provided for the outdoor facility must be based on the building concept created so far. The building concept results in constraints for the development of the buildings (accessibility, accessibility, etc.). In addition, the entire schoolyard is to be modernized.
A total of three schoolyard areas are to be renewed. These are schoolyard 1 (upper schoolyard approx. 2,500 m²), schoolyard 2 (lower schoolyard approx. 3,400 m²) and the inner courtyard of the existing buildings (approx. 630 m²). Essentially, there is design freedom for all 3 schoolyards. Most of the areas are to be thoroughly renewed. An exception is the courtyard. This is only to be vitalized and redesigned. A renewal of the substructures in the inner courtyard is to be dispensed with.
The new schoolyards are to receive extensive recreational and exercise facilities. The standard is intended to be a
secondary all-day school. The creation of new tree sites and green areas is expressly
desired.
The delivery for the new canteen, as well as the waste disposal, including the necessary manoeuvring areas, must be taken into account.
