The subject of the contract are construction works related to thermomodernization carried out at: State Primary Music School in Opoczno.

The description of the subject of the contract is, in accordance with the requirements of art. 31 of the PPL Act, design documentation and technical specification for the performance and acceptance of construction works. The documentation consists of files in folders to which access has been indicated in the announcement on the Employer's website devoted to the proceedings.

In particular, the contractor is required to perform the following works:

a) Insulation of foundations.

b) Insulation of external walls.

c) Insulation of the ceiling above the last floor.

d) Insulation of floors on the ground.

e) Replacement of woodwork.

f) Replacing the central heating installation.

g) Construction of mechanical ventilation systems.

h) Construction of air conditioning.

i) Replacement of internal electrical installation.

The Employer recommends that Contractors make (at their own expense, within the deadlines agreed with the facility director) a site visit.
