The subject of the contract is services for the technical and expert support of large-scale groundwater and surface water monitoring at the site of the Large-Scale Ecological Project (ÖGP) Bitterfeld-Wolfen

The subject matter of the contract is services for technical and expert support (hereinafter referred to as technical support) of groundwater and surface water monitoring at the site of the ÖGP Bitterfeld-Wolfen.

The services of the specialist support include (annually recurring) the:

- Participation in the planning (rough planning and detailed concept) and technical support (on site and with regard to the evaluation of the data) of groundwater and surface water monitoring,

- Technical examination of the data collected as part of the monitoring (plausibility check) and the derivation of immediate need for action with the preparation of status reports,

- Preparation of annual reports for the evaluation of the monitoring, taking into account the specifications in the restructuring framework concept, including presentation of the results,

- Planning, execution and documentation of quality assurance measures,

- Participation in expert consultations and regular appointments to coordinate processing statuses,

- Subject-specific processing at the request of the LAF (e.g. advisory participation in the preparation of tenders for technical services in connection with groundwater monitoring, separate (locally related) evaluations of data),

- Application and, if necessary, continuation of the concept of process-oriented monitoring.
