The acquisition concerns Property Oy Nikkarinkronu's joint facilities cleaning service. The target information is set out in separate Annex 04 Cleaning items and squares. The cleanup tasks are described in the service description (Appendix 02). The service description includes a motion-specific cleaning program with maintenance and period cleanings recorded. One (1) and two (2) times annual scouting are described separately. In addition to cleaning, the cleaning service includes tasks set out in the service description (Appendix 02).
The square and space quantities shown in the procurement documents are indicative and there may also be a deviation from the actual situation in the target data. The subscriber does not correspond to the deviation in the target data.
The previous procurement procedure for that acquisition has been suspended on 24 January 2022.
