The new building of the children's house (7 groups) in Beethoven/Silcherstraße in Nürtingen-Neckarhausen is being built on an inner-city property, directly following an existing primary school.
The new building is being trained on two floors, key design features are the superior arbors, protruding flat roof construction with training of an inflated attic, glass and curtain ventilated facades.
Heat is generated by a REVERSIBLE AIR HEAT PUMP, which can "heat" in winter and "cool" in summer. In addition, the children's home receives a local heating supply from the adjacent primary school. Activation of local heat supply and shutdown Air heat pump follows from below 0°C.
The scope of services includes the complete delivery and installation of the heating systems, including filling of the systems, adjustment, ventilation and pressure test, as well as correction of defects occurring during the warranty period. Further technical data can be found in the description. Furthermore, for the production of the construction project, all nouns, ordinances, DIN regulations and guidelines to be applied, the execution-processing
to observe guidelines as well as regulations of the manufacturers and the recognized rules of technology and the approved plant planning.
Heating load: This was determined according to the specifications of the EnEV and the component catalog of building physics as well as DIN EN 12831 for a lowest outside temperature of: - 11 °C, normal area, normal location.
Original tacker surface heating system: Underfloor heating is planned for the children's house. The underfloor heating is installed in heating coils, with connection of the
individual heating circuits on the heating surface distributors assigned to the unit. The pressure test is carried out according to the installation and installation guidelines of the manufacturer with 10 bar test pressure. The pressure drop must not exceed 0.6 bar within 24 hours. The existing pressure of at least 4 bar must remain until the screed work is completed. The liability and warranty is valid for 10 years, by a
well-known German industrial insurance as part of an extended product liability insurance, also for consequential damages.
The initiation of the on-site closure of the rooms in which insulation and heating work is carried out is subject to the construction management. The rooms must be kept under lock and key until they are handed over to the screed layer on site.
Sound insulation according to DIN 4109 as well as processing of the screed, DIN 18 560, with the addition of the plastic dispersion, screed thicknesses according to the worksheet floor construction. Underfloor heating materials:
- consisting of PE-RT pipe according to DIN 16833, DIN 18334 and 4729, oxygen-tight according to DIN 4726.
Control of underfloor heating + ventilation: A higher-level DDC with a weather-dependent flow temperature control system with daytime control system is used for control.
/Weekly program, with supplement by single room control via room thermostats (heating / cooling). The control system of the ventilation system is included / advertised in the ventilation trade. Interface is a requirement and
a fault activation.
