Fire and rescue station 1 in the Hanseatic and University City of Rostock is to be renovated and expanded. The project is divided into 4 construction phases. The preparatory measures (repair, demolition, media supply) and the new construction of the control center building with disaster control warehouses and workshops will be implemented in the BA0+BA1 construction phases that are now being advertised and to be carried out.

- ca. 980 m² Trittschaldämmung EPS 20-2 /30-2 /40-2 / 50-3 mm
- approx. 2,100 m² cement screed on insulation layer partly on underfloor heating
- approx. 300 m² cement screed on cavity floor
- approx. 920 m² screed concrete on separating layer
- approx. 1,040 m² thermal insulation EPS 40 – 60 mm
