Public Private Partnership — Design Market Achievement Financing (DBF) comprising:

— a public component relating to the design, construction and sale to the contracting authority of twelve public dwellings and the demolition of a multipurpose room and demolition/asbestos removal of a block of twelve apartments;

- a private component relating to a real estate promotion operation relating to the design, construction and marketing of housing and to the equipment and development of roads and public spaces.
