The subject of the contract is the service of cleaning external areas and areas inside and the performance of cleaning services as part of substitutions in the buildings of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ. I. The subject of the contract is the performance of a "permanent" cleaning service of external areas and areas inside and the performance of cleaning services as part of "substitutions" in the buildings of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office located in Gdańsk, Sopot and Gdynia at the following addresses:

Legionów 130, 81-378 Gdynia

, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Term of the contract: 12 months from 1.02.2023, in the case of signing the contract after this date: 12 months from the date of signing the contract

The economic operator may submit a tender in respect of one or all of the lots.

The subject of the contract is the performance of cleaning services in the building of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Office located in Słupsk at the following address:

- Jana Pawła II 1 Street in Słupsk - in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the model contract constituting Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Term of the contract: 12 months from 1.02.2023, in the case of signing the contract after this date: 12 months from the date of signing the contract

The economic operator may submit a tender in respect of one or all of the lots.
