The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, tourist management, nursery management and seed production to be performed in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2024.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, tourist development to be performed in the area of the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2024 in the following forests: Gmina Szarocin is bordered by the gminas of Sędzisław, Marciszów, Wieszowice, Czernów, Szarocin, Ogorzelec, Klatka and Jarkowice.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, the material scope of services shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. The material scope of services will not exceed 50% of the value of this order.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including nursery and seed management works to be performed in the Kamienna Góra Forest District in 2024 at the forest nursery in Krzeszów.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract, the material scope of services shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
