1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2022 to 609 consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 870.20 MWh, of which: to premises and facilities ( Lot 1) - 6,922.86 MWh, for road lighting (Lot 2) - 1 784.34 MWh. The above data are indicative. Consumers will make payments for actually consumed energy according to the rates specified in the contract.
2. Distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded between the awarding entities (electricity consumers) and the distribution system operator (DSO).
3. Operating system operator - as described in the Annex No. 1a and 1b to the ToR, column "Distribution system operator".
3. The Contractor, based on the Power of Attorney granted, will be obliged to submit electricity sales contracts to the appropriate DSO in accordance with applicable regulations on behalf of the contracting authority (customers).
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 446 pcs.
2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1a to the ToR.
3. Estimated electricity consumption over the contract period (+/- 10%) 6,922.86 MWh, of which:
- zone I 3 325.21 MWh,
- zone II 2 942.52 MWh,
- zone III 655.12 MWh.
4. The above data are indicative. The contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption.
5. Deliveries will take place from 1.7.2020 to 30.6.2022. Note different delivery start dates for some PPEs - details of delivery dates (start and end) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the ToR, column "Delivery period".
6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
7. Measuring systems with the tariff group B are adapted to the procedure of changing the seller.
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. Number of measuring systems accounting for electricity consumed 163 pcs.
2. The awarding entity has included a detailed description of the collection points (PPE) in Annex 1b to the ToR.
3. Estimated electricity consumption during the contract period (+/- 10%) 1,784.34 MWh, of which:
- zone I 461.57 MWh,
- zone II 1 322.77 MWh,
- zone III 0.00 MWh.
