The subject of the contract is the supply of medical and technical gases for the Municipal Hospital in Ruda Śląska Sp. z o.o. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendices 1, 2 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT and Appendix 9 to the Terms of Reference. 2. The subject of the order has been divided into 7 parts (packages).
Package No. 1 - Supply of Liquid NitrogenSupply of liquid medical nitrogen for use in local cryotherapy apparatus - 4,500 liters. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 2 - Medical Gas Supply1. Medical gas, compressed, composed of: Dinitrogenii oxidum 50% + Oxygenium 50% cylinder: cap. 10 l - 200 cylinders; 2. Lease of a 10-litre cylinder containing medical gas specified in item no. 1 (3 cylinders + 1 for replacement) - 2,924 cylinders/days; 3. Lease of the dosing valve for the supply of the mixture from item 1. The valve is compatible with
cylinder containing the mixture from item 1 (3 valves) - 2 193 valves/day; 4. Lease of a trolley compatible with the cylinder from item no. 1 (3 pieces per year) - 2193 trolley/day; 5. Disposable exhaust valve with mouthpiece, compatible with dispensing valve. Package x 100 pcs. - 15 packs.
Package No. 3 - supply of nitrogen nitric oxideSupply of nitrogen oxide in 800 ppm/10l or 11l cylinders. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix 1, 2 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 4 - Supply of Liquid Medical OxygenSupply of liquid medical oxygen - 170 tons. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 5 - Delivery of carbon dioxideSupply of carbon dioxide for laparoscopy, 7.5 kg cylinders - 32 pcs. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 6 - Delivery of medical oxygen cylindersSupply of compressed medical oxygen in cylinders - 4 assortment items. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
Package No. 7 - Compressed Air SupplyCompressed air supply - 2 SKUs. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is included in Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference/AGREEMENT.
