The subject of the contract is the Development of the University's modular IT management system, in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ divided into 3 parts. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Chapter IV SWZ - Description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract constituting Annexes 2.1, 2.2, 2.3 to the SWZ. All requirements specified in Chapter VII of the SWZ constitute the minimum requirements of the Contracting Authority in this respect, and their fulfillment is obligatory. Failure to meet the above-mentioned minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the tender pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the PPL Act as inconsistent with the terms of the contract.
Service of extension of the Project Management Module (hereinafter: MZP) with functionalities included in the Description of the Subject of the OrderThe order is carried out as part of the Project entitled "Integrated Program of the Lodz University of Technology for the development of the Lodz region", co-financed by the European Union under the European Social Fund Operational Program Knowledge Education Development 2014-2020, contract no. POWR.03.05.00-00-ZR55/18-00, Priority Axis: III Higher education for the economy and development, Measure 3.5 Comprehensive programs of universities.
The subject of the contract is the service of expanding the Project Management Module (hereinafter: MZP) with the functionalities included in the Description of the Subject of the Order by providing 1 (one) software developer for work related to the development and proper functioning of the MZP within 2 months from the date of signing the contract.
Lodz University of Technology has a modular system to supervise the process of applying and implementing educational and research and development projects in order to effectively use the results of work from these projects to the didactic process. It is looking for a Contractor who will expand the IT tool with the necessary functionalities to improve the efficiency of its use.
The scope of work includes:
(a) Development of the project database, which consists of:
o Expansion of the indicator monitoring table with the possibility of updating it during the project's durability period.
o Expansion of the database of projects in the completion phase with 7 new records, including fields with the possibility of attaching a file.
o Expansion of the project database with 2 new records in the application phase.
b) Modification and development of the database concerning the scope of given projects published on the TUL website:
o Modification of the method of qualifying projects as "public" (visible in the "Public applications" tab). By default, the value for all projects in the execution and completion phases is shown as public.
o Modification of the scope of data on projects visible in the "Public applications" tab in the MZP, including limiting the amount of data presented with a division into basic data and extended data.
o Introduction of the functionality of presenting the scope of data specified in point b) and visibility of the project in the "Public applications" tab individually for each project.
c) Creation of a new application status:
o For applications in the application phase that have not received funding. The functionality is available from the "User" rights page, and in the absence of a response, automatic status change after a specified period of time.
o For proposals in the completion phase: project in durability.
d) Other optimisation works:
o Project team – when adding people to the project team, adding a field for gender designations.
o Project team – marking the permissions to edit the application (choosing whether the user has the right to edit or preview the application).
o Modification of privileges for the role "Unit manager" – the ability to mark units assigned to a user in this role.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of expanding the university's IT management system in the field of supporting the processes of student and employee mobility with additional functionalities included in the Description of the Subject of the Order by providing 6 software developers for work related to the development and proper functioning of the system within 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
2) The scope of work includes:
a. Extension of integration of TUL systems with the EWP module:
• Implementation of a new security method defined by EWP,
• Implementation of integration with File API,
• Implementation of integration with API Monitoring,
• Implementation of integration with CNR API support in all modules,
• Implementation of integration with inbound mobility based on the scope of the Mobility IN application,
• Implementation of integration with the Beneficiary Module API,
• Implementation of integration with OAUTH,
• Implementation of integration with the Mobility Toll+ API.
b. Integration (bidirectional) of the EWP module with SID on the basis of the scope of data exchanged defined by the customer.
c. Integration of the CWM application (backend) with the EWP module.
d. Integration of the data logging module in the CWM process application modules, in the context of integration with EWP.
e. Creation of a module for the selection of universities and fields integrated with the EWP module.
f. Implementation of support for a new type of EWP users (after extending the integration of the EWP module) in the CWM process application (mobility participant).
g. Creation and implementation of the GDPR module for managing the content of the privacy policy and consents.
h. Expansion of the form generator (extension with new field types) and the label translation generator.
i. Implementation of the advertisement management module for the mobility participant.
j. Extension of the cost settlement module to include services for apprentices and incoming employees/students.
k. Integration of the cost settlement module with the CWM and EWP process applications.
l. Implementation of a new tab to the administration panel with logic to handle the management of permissions in the process application (administrator interface) based on the currently prepared solution.

1) The subject of the contract is the service of expanding the NTN system (ZTN) with the functionalities included in the Description of the Subject of the Order by providing 2 (two) software developers for work related to the development and proper functioning of the system within 3 months from the date of signing the contract.
2) The scope of work includes:
a. Implementation of interface translations in the field of error communication.
b. Development of a concurrent edition of the item card.
c. Development of the functionality of highlighting or filtering, in the "My Items" tab, items with unsigned ratings.
d. Implementation of application optimization changes, in accordance with the client's guidelines
3) The functionalities described above must be tools operated from the level of a web browser (the latest version of browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Edge).
