Information system for the search of doctors and dentists for integration into the Internet portals of the vdek and its member funds (Techniker Krankenkasse, BARMER, DAK-Gesundheit, KKH, hkk and HEK)

Since 2011, the Verband der Ersatzkassen e.V (vdek) and five of its member funds have been providing a freely accessible information system on their websites, with the help of which users can find a doctor, dentist and psychological psychotherapist as well as emergency clinics suitable for their needs. The information system is to be continued in a similar form with all six substitute funds and should therefore contain the following data/functionalities:

1. Keyword search for doctors, dentists, psychological psychotherapists and emergency departments by name or specialty, sub-areas or additional designations and city or postal code as well as a differentiated search, e.g. based on criteria for the degree of accessibility of a medical practice or practice characteristics such as parking spaces nearby, home visits, etc..

2. The possibility for users to evaluate their doctor quickly and easily using a simple rating system and to make these reviews visible to all users.

3. Make appointments online.

The data must be provided in XML or JSON format. The contractor shall provide the service up to the interface.
