The main objectives of the client (DEW21), hereinafter referred to as AG, are to interrupt the use of the connection (electricity and gas divisions) and to restore the use of the connection (electricity division). The AG is a service provider of Dortmunder Netz GmbH. Further services are the determination of blocking manipulations (unlawful electricity and gas withdrawal), as well as the execution of blocking and expansion orders in the event of insolvency of the contractual partner (possibly with and without the presence of a bailiff).

The contractor, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, has as its task to implement the aforementioned goals or further services according to the Client's specifications on site in the customer facilities.
