Maintenance cleaning for a total of eight properties of the Jobcenter Cologne in the city of Cologne.
Due to its technical, personnel and logistical requirements, the contractor must be able to perform the required service. Cleaning must be carried out on time, thoroughly and gently using modern procedures at the specified intervals. The contractor is compulsorily obliged to use the three-color system when performing the cleaning service
The services included in maintenance cleaning must be organised at all times in such a way that cleaning is carried out in a rational, professional and hygienic manner from the point of view of modern building cleaning. Maintenance cleaning shall be carried out in such a way that basic or special cleaning arrangements for removing the dirt build-up are not required.
Only environmentally friendly and, if possible, non-irritating cleaning agents shall be used.
Cleaners shall be employed in a qualitatively and quantitatively sufficient number so that the cleaning performance can be carried out within the specified time frame.
The contractor undertakes to train the staff employed for the client once a year.
The order is divided into two lots: “Left Rhine” and “Right Rhine”.
In addition, basic cleaning services are optionally included, as well as glass interior cleaning to a limited extent (“demand item”).

The hours calculated in the offer represent the lower limit of the cleaning hours actually to be provided by the Contractor and are expressly contractually owed by the Contractor.
The average weighted performance value offered by the contractor (cleaning capacity in qm/h) shall not exceed 290 sqm/h per lot for all room groups and properties. The experience of the maintenance cleaning services most recently provided in the client's properties shows that this value ensures a satisfactory performance of the maintenance cleaning services to be provided.

“Left Rhine”I. The lot includes the maintenance cleaning of the client's properties on the left bank of the Rhine. The total area of the properties to be cleaned is 22,355.96 sqm, the annual cleaning capacity (area* cleaning interval of the respective room group) is 4,572,53,99 sqm.
