For the Landesgartenschau 2020 in Kamp-Lintfort, personnel services will be tendered in the areas of cashier service and admission and control services. The tender consists of the following lots:
- Lot 1: cashier service,
- Lot 2: admission and inspection service.
The services are required in the period from April 2020 to October 2020.
The following services are to be provided by the cashier service:
- sale of day and season tickets,
- sale of tickets for special events with additional admission,
- sale of information material and smaller merchandise products (eg plans, brochures, pins, mascots, etc.),
- exchange of vouchers in daily or season tickets,
- deposit of kickboards etc.,
- change handling,
- Regular withdrawal of the collected daily income and transfer to the house bank in Kamp-Lintfort,
- informing visitors about prices and general information about LAGA facilities (at least in German),
- Daily reconciliation of revenue, cancellations, etc. with the office of the State Garden Show.
The following services are to be provided by the admission staff:
- checking tickets for validity by means of hand-held laser readers,
- checking the evidence of reduced daily tickets,
- control of visitors for unauthorized bringing of animals and illicit items,
- processing the re-entry of the visitors with special attention to the online tickets,
- assistance in keeping clear the marked escape / rescue routes,
- securing of danger spots,
- evacuation of the site for security,
- Exercise of the house right in agreement with the house owner,
- providing general assistance and first aid in case of accidents and emergencies,
- reporting of police relevant circumstances to the police chief of operations,
- Providing general information to interested visitors about events and facilities on the LAGA site (at least in German),
- control of vehicles for unauthorized transport to and from the park,
- control of visitors for unauthorized entry of plants and other exhibits,
- assistance in keeping clear the marked escape / rescue routes,
- control of access roads and gates, entrances and exits to the site,
- Control of the total area, exhibitions and buildings by patrol service, in case of need the closing of buildings.
