The Contract covers one (1) airborne laser scanning system, specified in appendices 1a "Subject-matter", 1b "Mandatory requirements", 4a "Production efficiency and test data set" and 4b "Production efficiency" of the Call for Tenders and documentation as specified in clause 13 of the appendix 2 "Contract" of the Call for Tenders.

The Contract covers also the following services of the airborne laser scanning system :

a) Factory calibration and calibration report

b) Delivery of the Product

c) Software training, data acquisition training, advanced software training and instructing and aiding in installation according to appendix 1c "Training and final acceptance test" of the Call for Tenders

e) Maintenance services for the Product according to Clause 22 of the appendix 2 "Contract" and appendix 3 "Requirements for the maintenance services and the maintenance agreement" of the Call for Tenders.

The installation of the delivered products is performed according to clause 11 of the appendix 2 "Contract" and appendix 1c "Training and final acceptance test" of the Call for Tenders.
