The subject of the contract is the delivery of one brand new telehandler as part of the implementation of Contract No. 2 entitled "Supply of equipment for the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Suwałki in msc. Raczkowska 150A" including the purchase and delivery of two telehandlers with a bucket volume of min. 1.5 m3, implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of an installation for the purification of selectively collected fractions of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Suwałki in Zielone Kamedulskie, 150A Raczkowska Street", co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority Axis II – Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change, Measure 2.2 Municipal waste management. The telescopic loader will be designed to work with municipal waste for the needs of the Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami plant in Suwałki Sp. z o. o.
1.The subject of the order is the delivery of one brand new telehandler as part of the implementation of Contract No. 2 entitled "Supply of equipment for the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Suwałki in msc. Raczkowska 150A" including the purchase and delivery of two telehandlers with a bucket volume of min. 1.5 m3, implemented as part of the project entitled "Construction of an installation for the purification of selectively collected fractions of municipal waste at the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant in Suwałki in Zielone Kamedulskie, 150A Raczkowska Street", co-financed from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment for 2014-2020, Priority Axis II – Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change, Measure 2.2 Municipal waste management. The telehandler will be designed to work with municipal waste for the needs of the plant of Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Odpadami in Suwałki Sp. z o. o., including the ongoing operation of the newly built installation for cleaning the fraction separately collected as part of the above-mentioned project.
2.Completeness requirements. All equipment shall correspond to the complete catalogue equipment version, including the company/dealer catalogue of optional extras/accessories, which means that in unspecified cases, at least catalogue standard and optional equipment is required if it accompanies the required options indicated above as part of the equipment packages.3.Other requirements. 1) The Contractor shall train at its own expense the personnel indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of operation, maintenance and health and safety of the subject of the contract. The training should be carried out at the latest on the day of signing the acceptance protocol without comments and should include a theoretical and demonstration part. The fact of training will be confirmed by a protocol. 2) Additional conditions: • providing the technical specification of the offered telehandler together with
with CE certificate, • delivery of the guarantee with the warranty book and instructions in Polish of the subject of the order, • delivery of the inspection book of the device issued on the basis of the decision of the Office of Technical Inspection allowing the operation of the device (if required), • commissioning of the telehandler at the place of delivery, • the necessary set of tools for daily operation of the telehandler, • provision of service during the warranty period – service response during the warranty period up to 48 h in working days from Monday to Friday. The above description contains minimum requirements, which means that the Contractor may offer the subject of the contract characterized by better technical and functional parameters, provided that they do not affect higher operating costs.
3) The minimum warranty period is 24 months or 4000 operating hours of the loader (whichever comes first), counted from the date of final acceptance of the subject of the order. 3. Terms of delivery of the subject of the contract 1) The document confirming the execution of the delivery will be a collection protocol without comments signed by authorized representatives of the parties. 2) The Ordering Party requires that the subject of the order be completed at the latest within 30 days from the date of signing the contract. 3) The Ordering Party undertakes to ensure appropriate conditions in order to efficiently carry out the acceptance of the subject of the contract. 4) The Ordering Party may refuse to accept the subject of the contract and demand its repair or withdraw from the contract due to the fault of the Contractor. 5) The Contractor shall notify the Ordering Party of the delivery date of the subject of the contract no later than 2 working days before the planned date of receipt. The notification should be made in writing and sent by post or e-mail. 6) The Ordering Party has the right to refuse to accept the subject of the contract in the event of the Contractor's failure to meet the deadline specified in the Contractor's offer.
