The subject of the contract is: "Comprehensive delivery including the sale and provision of gas fuel distribution services in the form of high-methane natural gas type E in 2023 for the "WARTA" S.A. Wastewater Treatment Plant and for the needs of the City Toilet in Staszic Park in Częstochowa". Estimated amount of gas supplied in the delivery period from 01.01.2023 until 31.12.2023 (in units of energy using a conversion factor of 11) is 12 040 000 kWh, in tariff group BW-6 – consumption subject to excise duty / exempt from excise duty is 12 000 000 kWh, contractual capacity in tariff group BW-6 is 4389 kWh / h, and in tariff group BW-3.12T – consumption subject to excise duty is 40 000 kWh, contractual power in tariff group BW-3.12T is 110 kWh / h. The gas volume value specified above is an estimated value and is subject to change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase and receive the amount of Gaseous Fuel in the range from 10% to 170%.

The gas volume value specified above is an estimated value and is subject to change. The Ordering Party reserves the right to purchase and receive the amount of Gaseous Fuel in the range from 10% to 170% of the estimated quantity indicated above. In the event of a difference between the estimated and actual consumption, the Contractor shall not assert any financial claims from the Ordering Party other than those resulting from the amount of actual gas consumption. The occurrence of the circumstance referred to above will result in a decrease or increase in the total estimated value of the contract, respectively.

The Contracting Authority does not allow the submission of partial tenders because, in accordance with Article 25(2) of the PPL Act, the contract in question "for technical, organizational or economic reasons forms an inseparable whole
