EU-udbud vedrørende renovering af Skt. Klemensparken

Opgaven omfatter bygnings- og landskabsarbejder i forbindelse med renovering af lejligheder i 2 forskellige områder / bygningstyper.

Arbejdet omfatter renoveringsarbejder på klimaskal, indvendig bygningsrenovering generelt, køkken, bad, installationsarbejder, landskabs- / terrænarbejder m.m. Hertil sanering for miljøfremmede stoffer samt skimmel.

Bygherre ønsker at indhente tilbud på fagentrepriser.

Arbejderne er opdelt i følgende 8 fagentrepriser:

C – VVS-entreprisen

D – Ventilationsentreprisen

E – EL-entreprisen
