The aim of the conditioning of the residual hole (RL) 112 is to upgrade the heavily mined runoff/groundwater discharges from the small residual hole chain into the Schwarze Elster and thus prevent acidification of the Scharzen Elster. Conditioning must continue until the WBA Plessa has gone into regular operation (in the course of 2024). The conditioning is to be carried out via a mobile, floating discharge unit using hydrated lime. On average, it can be assumed that approx. 25 t of hydrated lime must be introduced into the RL 112 3-4 times a week. The neutralization measures are to be accompanied by engineering support. The services are put out to tender in the form of a framework agreement. The months 07/2024-12/2024 are provided as an option.
- 1 Psch. Set up a construction site including a limescale system
- Maintain a construction site for 6 months, including a limescale system
- 6 months of public safety guarantee
- Deliver approx. 2000 tons of neutralizing agent and dose via mobile discharge unit
- Operate and document the conditioning system for approx. 80 days (aftercare neutralization by means of the contractor's mobile pontoon-supported discharge unit)
- 6 months of plant operation and engineering support
- 1 Psch. Prepare annual report
- 1 Psch. Clearing the construction site

Individual services shown in the performance index are estimates from the experience of recent years by type and extent. They are only used to evaluate the offer for procurement purposes.
The contractor is therefore not entitled to the provision of the services; according to this, a pay-as-you-go refund from uncontracted services is also not considered.
The commissioning and billing of the services is carried out discontinuously as required via individual order (call-off) in the AVA@LMBV.
