1. The scope of the order includes:
a) maintaining the cleanliness of pedestrian routes in the City and Commune of Połaniec,
b) emptying street bins and dog droppings, removing municipal waste from squares, buildings owned by the City and Commune of Połaniec.
c) mowing, raking, keeping lawns clean, care and planting of trees, shrubs, planting, planting, care of flowerbeds in the City and Commune of Połaniec,
d) catching homeless animals and transporting them to the shelter,
e) collection and disposal of carcasses of fallen stock,
f) replacement of sand in sandboxes,
g) keeping playgrounds and the area around playgrounds and common rooms clean,
h) cleaning bus stops in the City and Commune of Połaniec,
(i) the elimination of wild landfills,
j) implementation of other unforeseen works necessary to be performed in order to maintain safety and order in the Town and Municipality of Połaniec, including intervention works in the Town and Municipality of Połaniec

b) emptying street bins and dog droppings, removing municipal waste from squares, buildings owned by the City and Commune of Połaniec.
c) mowing, raking, keeping lawns clean, care and planting of trees, shrubs, planting, planting, care of flowerbeds in the City and Commune of Połaniec,
d) catching homeless animals and transporting them to the shelter,
e) collection and disposal of carcasses of fallen stock,
f) replacement of sand in sandboxes,
g) keeping playgrounds and the area around playgrounds and common rooms clean,
h) cleaning bus stops in the City and Commune of Połaniec,
(i) the elimination of wild landfills,
j) implementation of other unforeseen works necessary to perform due to maintaining safety and order in the City and Commune of Połaniec, including intervention works in the City and Commune of Połaniec – cleaning works consisting in removing all impurities (with a volume of up to 1 m3), securing the area against celebrations, performing other small, unforeseen works related to the cleanliness of the city, at the request of the Ordering Party's representative – response time not longer than 4 hours.
k) All waste collected on the basis of this order should be transferred to the Municipal Installation ZGOK in Rzędów. The Contractor shall present the Ordering Party with the invoice with the waste transfer card.
2. The Ordering Party allows the inclusion in the offer, and then the use of materials and devices other than those specified in the description of the subject of the contract, provided that parameters are not worse than those specified in this order. In such a situation, the Ordering Party requires the submission of appropriate documents, proving that these materials and devices correspond to those described by the Ordering Party.

4. The order will be settled on the terms set out in the contract, i.e. monthly invoices, as the product of the number of operating hours of equipment worked, pieces and unit prices, until the amount not exceeded in the contract or until the expiry of the period for which it was concluded (whichever comes first).
The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit a receipt report to each invoice along with cost estimates of the work performed in a given month, broken down into:
a) cleaning up the city,
b) waste disposal,
c) maintenance of greenery in the city,
d) maintenance of greenery in villages.
