These courtrooms are equipped with a E_protokó system, which must be modernised in accordance with the OPZ

1. The subject of the contract is the modernization and implementation of the Digital Registration System for Court Hearings of 21 courtrooms for the needs of the courts of the Kielce region

2. The subject of the contract is specified in detail in Annexes 1 and 1a to the SWZ

3. The subject of the order includes:

1) As part of the guaranteed contract: modernization of the digital recording system for court hearings in 21 courtrooms, i.e.

a) District Court in Busko-Zdrój – 3 rooms,

b) District Court in Jędrzejów – 1 room,

c) District Court in Kielce – 9 rooms,

d) District Court in Końskie – 1 room,

e) District Court in Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski – 3 rooms,

f) District Court in Pińczów – 1 room,

g) District Court in Skarżysko - Kamienna - 2 rooms,

h) District Court in Starachowice – 1 room

2) As part of an optional contract: Upgrade the digital recording system for court hearings in up to 21 courtrooms.
