Design & construction of 26 flats and maisonettes for sale or shared ownership in a 10 storey block, 30 elderly persons flats for shared ownership or affordable rent in a 10 storey block, 12 three storey town houses for affordable rent and the external refurbishment of a 10 storey and 5 storey blocks of existing flats and maisonettes. The works will also include the relocation of an existing electrical sub station as well as external works, landscaping and car parking.
