The purpose of the invitation to tender is to conclude five (5) framework agreements with different contractors, which can supply staff divided into two (2) lots, namely:

• Three contractors (the number one (1), two (2) and three (3)) for Lot 1 education and subject-specific (education) personnel;

• Two contractors (the number one (1) and two (2)) for Lot 2 Education supporting and other positions up to salary scale 8.

The purpose of these framework agreements is to hire external staff (flexible workers). This external staff will be employed by STC Group in accordance with a temporary employment structure. In addition, it is important that the deployment of high-quality personnel is guaranteed and that the vacancies can be filled quickly at market rates. All framework agreements have a duration of up to four (4) years.
