1.The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) including works in the field of breeding, forest protection and nature protection, logging and skidding wood, maintenance of tourist and educational facilities and acquisition of Christmas trees to be performed in the Forest District Ustrzyki Dolne in 2023 in the forests of Bandrów and Żłobek.
2. The proceedings shall be conducted:
1) in the open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1710, hereinafter referred to as "PZP") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law.
2) in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3) - (4) of the PZP.
Bandry Forestry1. The package includes work in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature conservation, harvesting and harvesting of wood.
2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
Forestry Manger1. The package includes works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature conservation, harvesting and harvesting wood, harvesting Christmas trees, maintaining tourist and educational facilities.
2. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or a subcontractor to employ persons performing activities in the scope of contract performance consisting in obtaining and skidding wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510).
