The subject of the order is the delivery of electricity with a total estimated volume of 7,645.021 MWh (+/- 15%) in the period from December 1, 2020 to December 31, 2020. The supply of electricity will be carried out for the needs of the contracting entities. A detailed description of the subject of the order, among others the list of collection points along with tariff groups, contracted capacities and planned amounts of electricity consumption is included in Annex No. 1 to the ToR.

The supply of electricity will be carried out for the needs of the contracting entities. The Contractor shall perform all actions and arrangements with the Distribution System Operators (OSD) necessary to carry out the seller change procedure and effectively start selling electricity, including in particular: termination of existing comprehensive agreements, notification of new electricity sales contracts to the DSO. These activities will be performed by the contractor based on relevant powers of attorney granted together with the conclusion of contracts for the sale of electricity.

Electricity distribution services will be provided on the basis of separate agreements concluded by the contracting authority with local DSOs. The subject of the contract will be carried out in accordance with the Act of 10.4.1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2019 item 755) and executive certificates issued on its basis.
