The objective of the tender competition is to enter into a contract for the purchase of plumbing services and associated materials.

The assignment concerns plumbing services in connection with the existing municipal buildings and residences, such as:

— installation of water and sewage pipes,

— assembly of the pipe network, equipment and fittings for sanitary installations,

— installation of the pipe network, equipment and fittings for hydronic heating and cooling plants,

— install and equip technical centres with all associated materials,

— assembly of other installations, such as for e.g. sprinklers,

— perform service work and maintenance,

— consulting and engineering design,

— balancing, pump adjustment and documentation for hydronic systems,

— installation of water treatment systems,

— commissioning of hydronic systems, flushing and airing. The contract comprises sanitary products for water, sewage, machinery and devices, and all HVAC and sanitation stand products as well as wet-room products. This typically includes materials, equipment, garniture and furniture that is required for plumbing services. Access to spare parts must be good.
